  5. self-expanding archive. You should be in an empty directory with about half
  6. a meg of free disk space. This file contains these files:

  8. whatsnew.117    changes since 1.16  BE SURE TO READ THIS!!!
  9. msys.exe        the executable complete MSYS system
  10. mutil.exe       the support utility programs 
  11. scandef.exe     pactor scan utility omitted from 1.16 distribution
  12. msysmsgs.dat    new messages file (you must use this new one)
  13. *.hlp           several updated help files
  14. bbslist.dat     updated bbs list
  15.  
  16. The BBS only version of MSYS, in place of this full version, along with all
  17. the other files listed above, is found in MSYSB117.EXE, available separately.
